The Blinding of Samson
Samson, a muscular, bearded man, is pushed to the ground and struggles with five armed Philistines who pin him down, while one of them gouges out his eyes. Delilah is seen at the illuminated gate of the tent on her way out, holding Samson’s locks and the shears with which they were cut.
